Moto is seeking enthusiastic, friendly Retail Assistants for M&S Simply Food at Leigh Delamere Services. You’ll help deliver quality food items and exceptional customer service as we transform the UK’s rest stop experience.

What you’ll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome

• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner

• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect

• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset

• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability

• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming

• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork

• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for

• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
