Moto is seeking a friendly Retail Assistant at Beaconsfield Services to deliver high-quality customer service and maintain brand standards. The role involves greeting customers, processing orders, replenishing displays, and ensuring a clean, welcoming store environment while supporting a team-focused culture.

What you'll be doing as a Retail Assistant:

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome


• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner


• Delivering our brand standards to a level our customers have come to expect


• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer centric mindset


• Receiving deliveries and replenishing displays to provide maximum product availability


• Ensuring your workspace and store is kept clean, tidy and welcoming


• Working with colleagues to deliver a culture of togetherness and teamwork


• Leaving our customers with a memorable experience worth coming back for


• Helping prepare the store, ready for the following days trade
