About the role: We're looking for a hands-on Seasonal Plant Supervisor to support the department manager in delivering excellent plant care, driving sales, and maintaining high visual and operational standards. Responsibilities:

• Support and mentor the team to deliver expert advice and great customer service.
• Monitor and maintain stock levels, ensuring seasonal displays are fresh and visually appealing.
• Oversee the health and presentation of a wide range of seasonal plants, including annuals, perennials, bedding, and indoor varieties.
• Assist with sales analysis and contribute ideas to improve performance.
• Engage confidently with customers, offering tailored plant care advice and recommendations.
• Contribute to the smooth day-to-day running of the department, ensuring operational efficiency.
