Clarks in Livingston is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Team Member to deliver a great brand experience and provide up-to-date product knowledge. This role suits someone with a positive attitude who enjoys working with people and delivering excellent customer service.

You will support store KPIs, keep the sales floor and back of house neat, follow cash and stock procedures, and adapt to a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge.
• Positive attitude and enjoyment of helping customers.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and assist customers using product knowledge.
• Support achievement of store KPIs by contributing to sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to high brand and retail standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures and maintain merchandising standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
