Job summary

Clarks in Crawley is hiring Seasonal Part-Time Sales Team Members to deliver outstanding service and help customers find the right shoes. You’ll join a brand with a long heritage, bring a positive energy, and use modern retail tech to enhance the shopping experience.

Expect weekend and bank holiday shifts, a focus on customer satisfaction, and maintaining store standards. Prior retail experience is not required but a friendly, proactive attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
