Job summary

Clarks seeks a Seasonal Part-Time Sales Team Member to join our store in Basingstoke. You’ll deliver friendly, knowledgeable service and help customers find the right footwear, while gaining hands-on retail experience during peak seasons.

Responsibilities include maintaining the sales floor, assisting with stock and merchandising, and using point-of-sale tech to support sales goals. Weekend and bank holiday availability is required to cover a seven-day shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer service preferred.
• Ability to work weekends and bank holidays.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and use store tech.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and assist customers with product selection.
• Support achievement of store KPIs through sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to high brand and retail standards.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
