Job summary

Stena Line is seeking a Seasonal Onboard Sales & Services Assistant for our Holyhead vessel during the festive period. You will welcome guests, support restaurants and shops, and help maintain high service standards across multiple areas of the ship.

Flexible, friendly, and reliable candidates who enjoy teamwork and fast-paced environments are encouraged to apply. The role is seasonal with variable hours and may require travel to the Port of Holyhead and joining the vessel as needed.

Qualifications

• Hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Willing to travel to Holyhead and stay away for up to two weeks at a time.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide friendly service across onboard outlets.
• Serve in restaurants, support retail and maintain hygiene standards.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and assist with sales targets.
• Maintain merchandising standards and assist with stock and cash control.
