Job summary

Stena Line is seeking friendly and reliable Seasonal Onboard Sales & Services Assistants to support restaurants, shops and cabins on our vessels during the busy festive period. You will work across multiple areas of the vessel, delivering excellent guest experiences and maintaining high standards throughout each voyage.

Successful candidates will be welcoming, flexible and prepared to travel to Holyhead, joining the vessel when required.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, customer service or catering preferred.
• Able to deliver friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and support onboard outlets (restaurants, shops, cabins).
• Operate tills and handle transactions; maintain hygiene and cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales targets.
