Collins King & Associates is seeking a skilled Sous Chef for a creative dining restaurant in Greater London. You will work closely with a passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen, ensure consistency across service, mentor junior cooks and uphold high standards of quality and efficiency every day.

The role focuses on modern British cuisine, using the finest seasonal ingredients, with menus changing weekly and dishes prepared in house.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality fresh food restaurants is required.
• 2AA+ standard preferred.
• Organisational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Proficient training in Food Safety, Health & Safety and HACCP.
