Job summary

eXPD8 is hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the KT13 0XF Weybridge area. Based with Tesco Weybridge, you will help ensure shelves are stocked, displays set up, and promotions communicated, supporting a range of household name brands.

You will work 10 hours per week with a pattern across Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, with completion required by 18:00. The role ends on 1 January 2027, and prior merchandising or retail experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Experience or passion for merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Able to commit to the hours listed above.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
• Full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus.

If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the KT13 0XF area.

You’ll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You’ll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You’ll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You’ll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You’ll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

Requirements:

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service

• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
