Job summary

eXPD8 is hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser to work in the TN40 2JS area, based at Tesco Bexhill On Sea. You will restock shelves, set up displays, and ensure promotions are showcased while adhering to guidelines. Must be able to travel to stores and work the listed hours.

The role offers flexible shift patterns, with a 12-hour weekly commitment and an end date of 1 January 2027. A UK driving licence is a bonus and you will use a company tablet for briefs and photos.

Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? If so, we're hiring a Seasonal Retail Merchandiser in the TN40 2JS area. You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. This role will be based in Tesco Bexhill On Sea

Weekly hours:

12 hours

Shift pattern:

MondayThursdayFridaySaturdayFlexible however work must be completed by 18:00.

End date:

1 January 2027

How you'll deliver excellence:

• You'll restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• You'll set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• You'll know and stick to the merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures and health and safety guidance.
• You'll provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores!

Requirements and responsibilities:

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service
• Able to commit to the hours listed above
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients
• Are confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about your tasks
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling! You'll need to move and arrange our products from the warehouse to the shopfloor.
• A full UK driving license and access to a car is a bonus
