Overview

You'll be an integral part of a field-based retail merchandising team, working in a range of high street retailers on behalf of exciting household name brands. You will be responsible for ensuring the fixtures are set up effectively, products and promotions are displayed attractively, and the shelves are well-stocked.

Weekly hours: 10. Are you looking to make some extra cash this autumn/winter? Do you have what it takes to make the shelves irresistible to shoppers? Do you have a knack for spotting what looks good? Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is a bonus.

Shift pattern: Tuesday (3 hours), Wednesday (4 hours) & Friday (3 hours). End date: 27th December 2025.

Responsibilities

• Restock and organise products on shelves and displays to maximise visibility and appeal.
• Set up promotional displays and signage to effectively communicate prices, discounts, and special offers.
• Know and stick to merchandising standards and guidelines, store policies and procedures, and health and safety guidance.
• Provide accurate and timely feedback and photos to our client account teams, via our survey application, as the eyes and ears in the stores.
• Move and arrange products from the warehouse to the shopfloor as required (manual handling).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience of, or a passion for, merchandising, retail and/or customer service.
• Able to commit to the listed hours.
• Take pride in delivering great standards and service for our clients.
• Confident using a company tablet to download briefs, take photos and answer questions about tasks.
• Be comfortable with a bit of manual handling.
• Drive and access to a car is a bonus (full UK driving licence).
