RochCare Ltd is seeking a dedicated Chef to work in a modern care home. The role is 7.30am–5pm, 4 days a week with alternate weekend work. You will assist the Head Chef to plan menus and prepare meals, with focus on nutritious, tasty dishes for residents.

The position offers £13.02 per hour, a £250 welcome bonus, on-site parking and opportunities for training within a supportive team dedicated to quality care.

Qualifikationen

• Right to live and work in the UK.
• Proven experience assisting in kitchens.
• Sound knowledge of food health and safety regulations.

Aufgaben

• Assist the Head Chef to develop daily menus and display food choices clearly using visual displays around the home and digital software provided.
• Prepare, cook and serve exceptional quality main meals, snacks and cakes.
• Take responsibility for washing and cleaning floors, crockery, utensils, work surfaces and other kitchen equipment to maintain hygiene and health and safety standards.
• Show a passion to help make a difference to residents' lives and work as part of a team that respects every person as a unique individual.
• Complete all records and routines and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
