Job summary

The Warren in Wales is seeking Leisure Assistants – Lifeguards for a seasonal, fixed-term role starting in October. The position involves supervising pools and leisure facilities, delivering safe, engaging activities, and assisting guests with inquiries.

Hours are variable, with a base salary of £13.10 per hour and benefits including holiday allowance and pension contributions. Prior lifeguard certification is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Ensure health and safety standards are followed at all times
• Deliver engaging activity sessions for guests
• Set up and pack away leisure equipment between activities
• Maintain cleanliness of leisure facilities and pool areas
• Assist guests with enquiries and ensure a positive guest experience; Lifeguard duties as required
