Constellation is recruiting a Kitchen Porter for Cheltenham Racecourse for the 2026/2027 racing season. You will support the kitchen and catering team, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and organisation across busy service periods.

The role suits reliable, hardworking individuals capable of working in a fast-paced events environment, with a focus on health and safety compliance and teamwork. 18+ and right to work in the UK required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, food preparation, and storage areas
• Assist with basic food preparation tasks when required
• Operate dishwashing machinery safely and efficiently
• Ensure waste is disposed of correctly and recycling procedures are followed
• Replenish cleaning supplies and kitchen consumables
• Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
• Follow all food hygiene, health & safety, and COSHH regulations
• Assist with deliveries, stock movement, and storage procedures
• Keep floors, work surfaces, and equipment clean and sanitised at all times
