Job Title: Kitchen Assistant

Join us as a kitchen assistant and be part of a talented team, assisting with food preparation, operating the dishwasher, and keeping the kitchen clean, tidy, and safe. This role is ideal for someone looking to start a career in a commercial kitchen.

Location

Set in the heart of Newquay, the Great Western enjoys unrivalled views over golden sands and out to sea from its clifftop garden, terrace, restaurant, and hotel-style accommodation. You’ll be working in a Cornish paradise renowned for its eclectic surf lifestyle that attracts visitors from far and wide. Our doors first opened in 1879 with support from the local steam railway. The bar is affectionately known as ‘Steam’ by many to this day.
