We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our team at Sandymouth Holiday Resort in Bude, Cornwall. Hourly rate of £12.21.

This is a sick cover position to work variable hours. This will be across variable days which will include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.

Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business.

About The Role

Main responsibilities:

The successful Kitchen Assistant will

· Take on a range of kitchen responsibilities.

· Pot washing.

· Collect, clean and replenish all crockery and kitchen utensils in a prompt and efficient manner.

· Assist the kitchen team with preparation of various food dishes.

· Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the kitchen.

· Work with the Head Chef to assist with responsibility of various aspects within the kitchen.

Requirements:

Some previous experience within a busy kitchen environment is desired. Catering qualifications and Level 3 Food Safety are desirable but not essential. A driving licence and ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the retreat.

Desired Criteria
