Hours: Part time, 2-3 days per week, hours between 07:00 - 13:00

Salary: £12.21 per hour (applies to all, including those under the age of 21)

YHA Beer is a 39-bed hostel with private rooms, pitch up camping, and bell tents. We offer catered accommodation in picturesque surroundings for families, individuals, and groups. As a Hospitality Team Member, you'll play a key role in making our guests' experiences memorable.

What will you be doing as a Hospitality Team Member?

• Providing great customer service to all our customers, members, and guests.
• Carrying out housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable, clean environment for all visitors.
• Assisting in the preparation of food and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride.
• Chatting with guests, offering insights about the hostel and the local area.
• Using our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs, food and beverage sales, and service.

What Skills and Experience do you need to be a Hospitality Team Member?

• Experience of working face to face with customers
• Experience of working in a team
• Excellent timekeeping, with flexibility to cover different shifts
• Ability to manage varying pressures and workload demands
• Knowledge and understanding of the core purpose of YHA
• IT Literate

Due to our location, you will need your own transport to get to work for 7am.
