Position Scope

To carry out gardens and estate maintenance duties, ensuring the resort is maintained in top condition.

Essential Functions

• Maintain gardens and grounds, including hotel, spa, lodges, and clubhouse areas, to the required standards daily.
• Perform general maintenance such as grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting, and weeding.
• Uphold high standards of customer care at all times.
• Follow Trump Turnberry policies on Health and Safety, ensuring safety of all visitors, contractors, and staff, and adhere to relevant guidelines.
• Operate grass-cutting machinery safely; maintain and report machinery issues.
• Participate in training to develop skills.
• Perform any other duties on the golf courses or estate as required.

Candidate Requirements

• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Good communication skills, team player, attentive to detail, and able to follow instructions.
• Reliable.
• Physical ability to bend, stoop, squat, stretch, and operate equipment.
• Must be able to walk, stand, and move efficiently for up to 4 hours daily.
