Job summary

Hammond Limited is seeking a practical driver to coordinate a small team and transport staff to multiple locations across the region north of Nottingham, from Arnold to Blyth. You will collect the team at about 05:30–06:00 and drive to various field sites for planting and harvesting activities.

Working hours and days vary with seasonal demand, and the role is outdoors in all weather conditions. A full UK driving licence is essential to perform this role effectively.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience coordinating a small team and transporting staff to sites.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate collecting a team (05:30 to 06:00) in a mini-bus from multiple locations north of Nottingham and travel to sites from Arnold to Blyth.
• Assist with planting/harvesting field vegetables and returning colleagues at day end.
