The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a casual invigilator for Spen Valley High School to supervise internal and external examinations in a calm environment. The role is seasonal and part-time, covering February, May, June and November, with availability across the exam season essential.

Responsibilities include organising students and paperwork, ensuring materials and information are in place, and upholding examination guidelines. DBS check is required and visa sponsorship is not available.

Qualifications

• GCSE English and Maths grade 4 or equivalent.
• Confident communicator with staff and students.
• Reliable, highly organised and able to work with young people.
• Able to stay calm at all times and work in team or on own initiative.

Responsabilités

• Keep the examination environment calm so students can perform to their best.
• Organise students and paperwork at the start and end of each examination.
• Ensure the correct information and materials are in place for each examination.
• Make sure each examination is conducted within set guidelines.
