Job summary

Dunelm is looking for an Evening Sales Assistant in Norwich for a seasonal role ending 13 February 2027. The role involves friendly customer service, assisting with tills, stock, and product ordering, with training in all aspects of store life.

The position requires a minimum of 12 hours per week and full flexibility across the week to meet store needs. Pay is £12.71 per hour for ages 18 and over, with a lower rate for 16-17 year olds.

Qualifications

• Willing to report to team leaders and store management regularly.

Responsibilities

• Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns and ensuring items are complete and packed securely.
• Shop floor – Helping customers locate products and delivering excellent service to build loyalty.
• Hosting – Use iPad systems to order products for home delivery and assist with Made To Measure curtain services.
• Stock and Delivery – Light to moderate lifting, stock control, price updates, and replenishment on the shop floor.
