Job summary

Dunelm in the United Kingdom is seeking an Evening Sales Assistant to join our store team. The role is part-time (minimum 12 hours per week) with fully flexible shifts across the week to meet customer needs.

You will work with our team to provide friendly, helpful service and ensure customers leave with what they want. You’ll handle till duties, greet customers on the shop floor, assist with ordering and delivery using iPad systems, and help maintain attractive displays.

• Evening shifts available.

Responsibilities

• Tills – Serving customers with purchases or returns and ensuring items are complete and securely packed.
• Shop floor – Helping customers find products and delivering memorable service to build loyalty.
• Hosting – Ordering products to deliver to customers' homes using iPad systems and arranging Made To Measure curtains/blinds.
• Stock and Delivery – Light to moderate lifting, merchandising, updating prices, and replenishing shop floor.
