Job summary

Dunelm is seeking a friendly Sales Assistant for a seasonal role in our UK store. You will be at the heart of the customer experience, helping shoppers find items, processing purchases at the tills, and supporting home delivery and Made to Measure services. The position is 20 hours per week and runs until 13 February 2027.

You’ll bring a welcoming, energetic attitude to a busy retail setting, working with colleagues to create a memorable in-store experience that keeps customers returning.

Responsibilities

• Tills: process transactions, pack fragile items with care and ensure accuracy.
• Shop Floor: assist customers, locate products and provide knowledgeable help.
• Hosting: place orders for home delivery and support Made to Measure services.
• Stock & Delivery: receive deliveries, replenish displays and keep pricing up to date.
