Job summary

Moto Hospitality in Sawtry Services is seeking a Seasonal Team Member to help serve BP’s fuels and Greggs pastries with a friendly, customer-focused approach. Shifts range from 5am to 11pm, with a mix of weekdays and weekends required.

You will greet customers, take orders, prepare hot foods and beverages, and maintain displays and forecourt standards while delivering a welcoming store experience. Weekly pay, discretionary bonus, staff discounts, and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced environments is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Greeting customers with a warm and friendly welcome.
• Processing orders and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Producing a range of hot food, baked goods and beverages throughout the day.
• Delivering brand standards to a level customers expect.
• Resolving challenges and enquiries with a customer-centric mindset.
• Replenishing displays to maximize product availability.
• Maintaining a clean, tidy and welcoming workspace, store and forecourt.
• Working with colleagues to foster teamwork.
• Leaving customers with a memorable experience to return for.
• Preparing the store for the following day.
