Arsenal is seeking a Seasonal Casual Customer Service Executive to join our Retail team for the holiday trading period. The role focuses on delivering first-class supporter service via email, resolving queries, and maintaining accurate records.

Training is on-site at Highbury House, with remote working options to provide flexibility during peak periods. You will collaborate with our call centre, warehouse teams and partners, handling orders, tracking, refunds, and personalised requests while

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills with supporters and customers.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and Google Workspace skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Ability to work accurately at pace across multiple systems and tools.
• Collaborative mindset with colleagues and external partners to resolve issues.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional supporter service via email and other channels.
• Resolve supporter queries including orders, tracking, refunds and discounts.
• Collaborate with call centre, warehouse, couriers and partners for seamless resolutions.
• Support personalised experiences and handle special supporter enquiries carefully.
• Track performance using shared documents and trackers to monitor service levels.
• Thrives in busy seasonal trading periods with accuracy and positivity.
