Qualifications

• Experience in retail customer service is preferred.
• Ability to work over Bank Holidays and peak periods.
• Strong communication and team skills.
• Positive, energetic and customer-focused.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and help them find gifts and offers.
• Assist with purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves tidy.
• Support deliveries and help organize stockroom.
