Job summary

Boots is hiring a Seasonal Customer Advisor to join stores during the festive period in the UK. You will help customers find gifts, explain offers and ensure a smooth shopping experience for Christmas.

The role involves stock replenishment, assisting with deliveries and supporting the store team throughout busy periods. You’ll be the friendly face customers turn to, providing proactive service and keeping the store looking its best.

Qualifications

• Must enjoy helping customers and delivering service with a smile.
• Experience in fast-paced retail or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Flexible to work across store areas and holidays including Bank Holidays.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and understand their needs to find the right products.
• Create memorable experiences with friendly, personalised service.
• Handle purchases at tills and self-checkouts.
• Replenish stock and keep shelves tidy and well merchandised.
• Assist deliveries and organise stock in the stockroom.
• Work across store areas and support teammates as needed.
