Role Overview:

As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide exceptional customer service across our brands: HOKA, UGG, and Teva. You will communicate with customers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media, acting as an advocate for our brands. Fluency in French and English, both written and oral, is essential.

Your Responsibilities:

• Deliver proactive and excellent customer service through various communication channels.
• Serve as a market specialist, advising on local trends and knowledge.
• Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
• Utilize consumer feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
• Participate in consumer experience projects.
