Consumer Relations Representative

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service across our brands—HOKA, UGG, Teva—acting as an advocate through telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This multi-lingual role requires fluency in Dutch and English, both written and oral.

Your Impact

  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service via various communication channels.
  • Act as a country specialist, advising on local trends and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Use and analyze consumer feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Participate in consumer experience projects with the wider business.
  • Promote teamwork and support colleagues to foster a 'One team' spirit.
