Job summary

Merlin Entertainments is recruiting a Christmas Elf for SEA LIFE Birmingham in Brindley Place. Based in the enchanted grotto, you will engage guests in festive activities, stay in character, and support Father Christmas during the busy season.

The role requires enthusiasm for Christmas, stamina for busy periods, and the ability to manage groups of excited visitors. Training and full costume are provided; shifts include weekends and holidays until 24 December.

• The confidence to organise groups of excitable guests
• Training and full costume will be provided in our stand‑alone Grotto

Responsibilities

• Be in character as an Elf for each shift during the event
• Support with safety measures and assist guests as needed
• Check tickets and help guests wherever required
