Job summary

Merlin Entertainments' SEA LIFE Birmingham is seeking Christmas Elves to thrill guests in our enchanted grotto. You’ll stay in character as an Elf for each shift, assist with activities, and support Father Christmas while delivering festive fun during the event.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to an audition; shifts include weekends and bank holidays with guaranteed hours and a mix of part-time opportunities through the season.

Qualifications

• The love of everything Christmas.
• A huge sense of fun.
• Plenty of stamina.
• The confidence to organise groups of excitable guests.
• Training and full costume provided in our Grotto.

Responsibilities

• Be in character as an Elf for each shift during the event.
• Assist with activities and support Father Christmas.
• Engage with guests and ensure a safe, festive experience.
• Check tickets and help guests as needed, supporting our operations.
