Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a proactive Retail Manager for a busy temporary shop across the UK during the festive period. You will lead volunteers and staff to drive sales, deliver excellent service and ensure a welcoming, well-presented store environment.

The role suits an experienced Retail Manager, Assistant Manager or Supervisor who enjoys leading people and hitting sales targets while supporting charitable funds during October to December 2026.

Qualifications

• We’re looking for someone with previous retail or customer-facing experience who is confident supervising and leading others.
• You could currently be a Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or Team Leader looking for a rewarding seasonal opportunity.
• Charity retail or volunteer management experience would be an advantage, but it isn’t essential. What matters is that you’re organised, reliable, great with people and happy to take responsibility.
