Job summary

C2 Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Seasonal Retail Manager to run a busy charity shop across locations in the UK, during October to December 2026. You will manage volunteers and a small team, driving sales and ensuring excellent customer experiences.

The role suits someone with retail or customer-facing leadership experience, able to supervise others and organise rotas. Charity retail experience is a plus but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer-facing experience.
• Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, Retail Supervisor or Team Leader experience preferred.
• Charity retail or volunteer management experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and support the shop team.
• Organise volunteer rotas and shop cover.
• Drive sales and maximise funds raised.
• Deliver excellent customer service.
• Merchandise, handle deliveries and stock management.
• Operate EPOS, cash handling and banking.
• Keep the shop well-stocked and attractive.
