Job summary

A renowned rewilding estate in England is seeking an experienced Seasonal Breakfast Chef to manage breakfast service from April to September. This role involves preparing dishes with exceptional, seasonal ingredients sourced from the estate. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in breakfast service and excellent organisational skills. Applicants must have a full UK driving licence and be available for the entire seasonal contract. This position offers a supportive work environment with various employee perks.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Breakfast Chef or Chef de Partie.
• Strong understanding of breakfast service and kitchen operations.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence and be able to travel to the site independently.

Responsibilities

• Run and deliver a consistent, high-quality breakfast service.
• Prepare and cook breakfast dishes using seasonal, estate-led produce.
• Maintain a clean, safe kitchen and uphold 5-star EHO standards.
