Watergate Bay Hotel is seeking a Seasonal Breakfast Chef to join our CPU Kitchen. You’ll help kick-start guests’ days with freshly prepared breakfasts using Cornwall’s best produce, in a fast-paced environment along one of the UK’s most beautiful beaches.

Qualifications

• Passion for food and guest service.
• Calm under pressure in a busy kitchen.
• Team-based approach to breakfast service.
• Attention to detail in high-volume service.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and serve all breakfast items to high standards.
• Prepare for the day’s business in line with guest numbers.
• Complete mise en place and quantities for service.
• Cook eggs, porridge, and other breakfast dishes to order.
• Maintain clean, safe and well-organised work area and support kitchen team.
