Shepherd Neame is looking for part-time, seasonal Bar Team Members to join us until September. If you love hospitality, are a people person, and enjoy being on the front line in a busy role, this may be just the job for you.
The Boathouse boasts a unique location on the River Medway, just a few minutes from the quaint village of Yalding near Maidstone. Its rural contemporary waterside restaurant and al fresco dining area offer the perfect destination for everything from a quick bite to family dining, working lunches, and private parties.

If you don’t have previous hospitality experience, don’t worry. As long as you are over 18 and possess some of the qualities outlined below, we can train you and teach you everything else you need to know.

We are an independent family business with an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels across London and the South East, from the historic City to the Kent coastline. We employ around 1,500 team members across our pub estate and over 270 at our brewery and support office.
