Job summary

Upham Inns' The George Inn in Wiltshire is seeking energetic Food & Beverage Team Members to join a friendly, fast-paced team. You’ll learn every aspect of the operation, from greeting guests to taking orders and delivering drinks, while growing with the business.

Expect full training, opportunities to earn certifications, and a clear pathway to advance to roles like General Manager as you gain confidence and responsibility.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old due to licensing laws.
• Natural people person and great communicator.
• Confident, organized, and ready to make good decisions.
• Willingness to learn, energetic and motivated to grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm welcome.
• Take orders, serve food and drinks, and handle payments.
• Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks, including boozy options.
• Keep the restaurant clean and tidy.
• Support managers when needed.
• Create memorable guest experiences from start to finish.
• Stay productive and deliver high quality service even when busy.
• Join training and learn new skills.
• Build confidence and increase responsibilities over time.
