F Southall and Son is seeking a practical and reliable operative to work on the turkey processing line. You will hand finish birds, remove remaining feathers, and then move to the evisceration stage before packing for sale. You may also assist with sorting and packing orders as needed.

Teamwork, good communication, and time management are essential. This role involves standing for long periods on a meat processing line and following strict hygiene and safety guidelines.

Work as a team hand finishing Christmas Turkeys, then processing turkeys ready for sale. Turkeys are rough picked by machine, you will be required to hand finish the birds by removing all remaining feathers. Once this process has been finished you will then work on the evisceration line, birds will be gutted and packed ready for sale. You may also be required to sort orders and pack orders.
