Job summary

Rightmove is seeking a Product Manager for the Search domain to drive the core consumer experience. You will own the search product, work with senior product leaders, and collaborate with engineers, designers and researchers to shape the roadmap and deliver high-impact improvements.

The role requires autonomy, strong stakeholder management and a track record of delivering software products at scale in a technology-driven environment. Hybrid working with in-office days applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in leading product discovery and delivering software products end-to-end.
• Ability to make data-informed decisions using qualitative and quantitative insights.
• Proven autonomy with strong stakeholder management and delivery accountability.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaboration with engineers and designers.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor the search experience across products and metrics.
• Create and validate business cases with clear opportunity, costs and benefits.
• Collaborate with product designers and researchers to define approaches.
• Maintain backlog and triage stakeholder requests.
