Job summary

Rightmove is seeking a Product Manager for the Search team in London, working in a hybrid setup with at least 2 days in the office. You will own and improve the core search experience, collaborating with engineers, designers and researchers to deliver best-in-class property search capabilities.

You will lead end-to-end product delivery, define opportunities with business cases, and use data and insights to prioritise work.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end-to-end software product delivery in a technology-led company.
• Ability to define opportunities, costs and benefits with clear business cases.
• Strong collaboration with designers and engineers to shape product delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and monitor features across the search experience, aligned with KPIs.
• Create and validate business cases with clear opportunity, cost and benefit.
• Triages inbound requests and prioritises work to support product goals.
• Collaborate with Product Designers and Researchers to define approaches.
• Maintain a backlog of improvements aligned to business goals.
