Oscar, a fast-growing performance marketing agency, is seeking an experienced SEO Manager to own client accounts and drive measurable improvements in organic visibility and performance. You will work on a varied portfolio—from local to international brands—delivering both technical and strategic SEO.

Reporting into the Head of SEO, you will lead strategy, audits, migrations, and reporting, collaborating with PPC and wider digital teams to maximise client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SEO experience.
• Strong technical SEO background.
• Experience with ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Skilled in audits, migrations and technical implementation.
• Proficient in analytics and client reporting.
• Familiar with Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog.

A fast-growing performance marketing agency is looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join their Search Marketing team.

This is a hands‑on role where you will take ownership of key client accounts and deliver SEO strategies that drive measurable improvements in organic visibility, traffic, and commercial performance.

You will work across a varied portfolio of clients ranging from local businesses through to national and international brands, delivering both technical and strategic SEO.

The Role

Reporting into the Head of SEO, you will:

• Lead SEO strategy and delivery across a portfolio of client accounts
• Conduct technical SEO audits and implement actionable recommendations
• Carry out keyword research, competitor analysis and gap analysis

About You

• Experience working across both eCommerce and lead generation campaigns
• Confident conducting audits, migrations and technical implementation
• Strong analytical skills with a commercial mindset
• Experience using tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog and similar platforms
• Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced agency environment
• Able to prioritise work based on commercial impact
• Understanding of how SEO integrates with PPC, Paid Social and wider marketing channels
