Job Description:

This is a wonderful opportunity within a progressive, growing full-service digital agency based in Glasgow that values work/life balance and career progression.

A new role has arisen within the marketing department for a Digital Marketing Manager / SEO Manager focused on enhancing clients’ digital channels using best practices and innovative strategies, primarily in SEO within a full-service approach.

Our client seeks team members who are dedicated to exceeding client expectations, passionate about digital marketing, and eager to develop their SEO expertise, including technical SEO.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with all departments to craft and support growth-focused digital strategies
• Implementing SEO tactics and campaigns
• Producing SEO-friendly content
• Technical SEO
• Reporting using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Analyzing user journeys and conducting user testing/conversion optimization
• Building and maintaining client relationships

Candidate requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of digital marketing experience, preferably within an agency environment
• Proven expertise in SEO, with a strong track record
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to grow skills
• Google certification
• Proven ROI from previous campaigns
• Self-motivated with flexibility to work from the office (minimum 2-3 days/week in Glasgow) and from home

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 plus benefits, depending on skills and experience
