Job Description:

Central Employment's Marketing & Digital team continues to expand its UK client and candidate footprint, with a new senior search marketing opportunity, joining an award-winning Digital Marketing agency in Glasgow. They are looking for a new SEO Manager reporting to the Head of SEO.

This role involves overseeing key client accounts, managing relationships, and collaborating with internal and external teams to deliver results. The ideal candidate will have strong technical SEO skills, account management experience, presentation abilities, and client communication skills. Previous agency experience is valuable but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Develop SEO strategies to meet client objectives
• Manage and maintain client relationships
• Conduct on-site, technical, and backlink profile audits
• Lead client calls and meetings
• Monitor strategy performance and identify improvements
• Assist in new business pitches
• Create customized client reports in various formats
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in SEO or related digital marketing roles
• Keyword research
• Experience with Google Search Console & GA4
• Proficiency with SEMrush, Screaming Frog, and other SEO tools
