Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist – Sea Logistics to join our team in Leeds! The role involves direct interaction with customers, proactive service, problem solving, and supporting sales colleagues, ensuring operational teams have all necessary information to serve our customers effectively.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Meet service levels and procedures in a timely manner according to KPIs
  • Enhance customer satisfaction through high-quality service, reflected in our NPS scores
  • Serve as the first contact for customers, ensuring retention and guiding them on future services
  • Support sales with new business handling, quotations, data reporting, and customer meetings
  • Monitor shipments and provide proactive updates, collaborating to resolve issues
  • Investigate deviations and conduct root cause analysis using KN systems
  • Document customer requirements and agreements in KN systems for clear communication to OCCs
  • Handle complaints and provide resolutions in coordination with stakeholders
Your Skills and Experiences:
  • Experience in customer service; freight forwarding knowledge is a plus
  • Ability to learn and implement new processes
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  • Strong customer service focus
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Good time management and prioritization skills
