Job summary

TipTopJob is recruiting an experienced Key Account Coordinator focused on seafreight imports in Birmingham. You will own day-to-day back-office tasks, support the Account Supervisor, and coordinate imports/exports, documentation, and invoicing.

The role requires strong import and customs experience, high accuracy, and the ability to manage multiple shipments while liaising with clients, shipping lines, and overseas offices. A competitive salary applies.

Qualifications

• Experience in deep-sea import freight forwarding.
• Practical experience completing and controlling UK import customs declarations.
• High accuracy when reviewing shipment and customs documentation.
• Confident and professional customer communication.
• Ability to manage several live shipments and deadlines.
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills.
• Ability to identify and resolve incomplete or inconsistent information.
