As a Sea Freight Export Clerk, you will manage orders, handle customer inquiries, prepare export documentation, bills of lading, and collaborate closely with other branches to service UK customers. Your daily tasks will include arranging export collections, checking deliveries, instructing customs for documentation, and providing administrative support.
We are looking for proactive, organized individuals with sea/ocean export experience and knowledge of shipment arrangements and documentation. You should be detail-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, computer literate, numerate, and a confident communicator.
Experience with bookings, quotes, export entries, and bill of lading production is essential.
