Gcb is seeking a Property Management Team Leader in South East London to lead and develop a four-person team of Property Managers. You will drive operational performance, oversee maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Property Manager is essential.
• Strong leadership, organisational and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach and develop a team of four Property Managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and support individual career progression plans.
• Oversee the full property management operation, including maintenance, compliance, inspections and end-of-tenancy processes.
• Monitor KPIs, workloads and portfolio performance to maintain high operational standards.
• Manage escalated complaints and complex cases while maintaining strong client relationships.
• Drive process improvements, audits and service standards to improve efficiency and customer experience.
• Report to senior leadership and contribute to wider business planning and property management initiatives.
