Job summary

IQVIA in Reading, UK is seeking an experienced SDTM & CRF specialist to provide end-to-end oversight of SDTM activities across clinical studies. The role focuses on CRF design, SDTM mapping, and ensuring vendor specifications align with SDTM requirements.

You will collaborate with Sponsor teams and CROs, manage data delivery, develop SDTM artifacts, and perform SDTM reviews. Fluency in English and prior clinical data management experience are essential; remote work from Europe or South Africa is

Qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant in SDTM oversight and/or CRF design.
• Experience with Biometrics processes including SDTM annotations and data mapping.
• Experience with SAS programming and SDTM deliverables.
• Prior experience in clinical or pharmaceutical fields.
• Experience with relational databases and EDC systems.
• Advanced knowledge of GCP and CDM practices.
• Excellent English communication skills, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sponsor and CRO Partners to review CRF design for SDTM compliance.
• Plan data receipt oversight with Study Data Leads across trials.
• Program reports and standardize data review and analysis for partners and teams.
• Complete formal and ad-hoc analyses and oversee SDTM data.
• Review SDTM annotations and datasets to ensure standards compliance.
• Map SDTM data and manage annotated CRF.
• Attend cross-functional meetings across Mission and Program teams.
• Perform quality checks and create standard edit checks for new CRF modules.
• Support audits and inspections and other duties as required.
