Job summary

AND Digital is seeking a data-focused QA Engineer (SDET) to ensure the quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of data pipelines and integrations across the data platform. You will test Snowflake, SQL-based transformations, Apache Flink pipelines, and end-to-end data integrations.

Collaborate with Data Engineers and Software Engineers to design effective testing strategies and improve test automation.

Qualifications

• Experience testing data pipelines (batch and streaming).
• Strong SQL skills and data model validation with Snowflake.
• Familiarity with data quality checks and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Test batch and streaming data pipelines for accuracy and reliability.
• Validate transformations and business rules using SQL and Snowflake.
• Test streaming processing with Flink for data consistency and fault tolerance.
• Verify end-to-end data flows between source systems and targets.
• Develop and maintain automated data validation tests.
